A PVC branch saddle is ideal for creating a connection to an existing sewer pipe. PVC branch saddles are lightweight and have a long service life. Fitting is fairly simple.
Fitting a PVC branch saddle
Drill a hole of the required diameter in the existing sewer pipe and deburr. Fit the saddle and hose clamps, then tighten the hose clamps slightly. Lubricating the branch socket end allows easier insertion of the spigot end of a pipe and/or fitting.
