Descripción
This beam clip enables cables or electrical conduits to be quickly attached to steel beams. The Britclips PC is a unique clip for attaching conduits or cables to steel structures with a flange thickness of 8 to 12 mm.
The beam clip can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Delta-Tone 9000 is applied in a dip/centrifuge or spray process and then dried at a temperature of 200 °C. This creates an even layer, with a thickness of 10–12 μm, over the whole product. Delta-Tone 9000 then bonds with the underlying metal.
Unlike electrolytic and thermal galvanising, Delta-Tone 9000 does not pose a risk of hydrogen embrittlement in materials with a high carbon content, such as spring steel.
To improve corrosion resistance, the process can be repeated, increasing the coating thickness by 10–12 μm each time.
Delta-Tone 9000 galvanised products are suitable for outdoor use and for moderately corrosive conditions.
The beam clip can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Material
This type of beam clip is made of spring steel, type C67S according to EN10132, and is part of the Walraven Delta-Tone 9000 surface treatment (min. 480 hours in salt spray test).Delta Tone 9000
Delta-Tone 9000 consists of zinc and aluminium particles held together by an inorganic binder. This provides effective protection against corrosion, even when thinly coated.Delta-Tone 9000 is applied in a dip/centrifuge or spray process and then dried at a temperature of 200 °C.
