Enertherm aluminum insulation panels are used for insulating flat roofs for new construction on concrete, steel and wood or in a roof renovation system. The insulation panels are used with both EPDM and bitumen roofing.
When using EPDM roofing, the contact adhesive must be sprayed. Rolling the adhesive is not an option, as this will cause blistering on the outside of the panels.
Features
This insulation panel is coated on both sides with a multi-layer gas-tight aluminum composition. The insulation panel is 100% free of CFCs, HCFCs and HFKs, with a core of hard polyisocyanurate foam, also known as PIR. Polyisocyanurate (PIR) is a hard plastic foam that is mainly used for thermal insulation.
This high-quality reflective aluminum finish is composed of 7 layers and is tested under extreme conditions with regard to water absorption, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and emissivity. (Emissivity is the degree of effectiveness in radiating energy as heat radiation).
This insulation panel is provided with a KOMO certificate with product certificate.
