This Bonfix Alu-press pipe is suitable for a maximum constant temperature between -20 °C and 90 °C and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.Material
- Housing: brass.
- Press sleeve: stainless steel 304.
Assembly
The Bonfix tool must be used for pressing the coupling. The couplings up to 32 mm are equipped with a colored ring and can be pressed using a hand tool. Thanks to the Leak Before Pressure feature, unpressed connections are immediately detected during a pressure test.The installation is done in just a few steps:
- Cut the pipe to the correct length with a pipe cutter and deburr the ends to prevent a noisy pipe.
- Slide the pipe into the press fitting until it is visible in the inspection window.
- Place the fitting with the pipe in the pressing jaws and start the pressing process.
