Description
The rain barrel filler should be fitted in the vertical downpipe. The filler ensures that the water flows from the horizontal pipe to the rain barrel. When the water in the rain barrel reaches the same level as the overflow ring in the filler, the rainwater will flow via the internal overflow into the downpipe.
