Description
The Trevitech Logicstop PLUS dry-run protection device stops the pump in the event of a water shortage, thus preventing it from running dry. It also switches the pump off if the power consumption exceeds 10 A, thus also protecting the pump against overcurrent.
The dry-run/pump protection device is plugged into the wall socket, and the pump is then connected to it. As soon as the water stops flowing, the dry-run protection device will switch the pump off. This prevents damage to the pump caused by running dry.
In the event of a temporary power failure, the dry-run protection will automatically switch the pump back on as soon as the power is restored.
The Logicstop PLUS is suitable for pumps with a power consumption of 6 to 10 ampere.

Setting
This dry-run protection device adjusts itself to the values it measures when the pump is working properly:- Plug the pump into the socket and make sure it is working properly.
- Then plug the dry-run protection device into the wall socket and plug the pump in.
- After a few seconds, the protection device will save the measured current as a default value.
Display
The dry-run protection device has a clear display showing the following:- Power on.
- Pomp on.
- Fault (dry running or overcurrent).
- Restart.
